Oldsmobile/Buick Repair: PCV vibrating, engine rpms, vacuum leak

Question

Followup
I put the motor in about one year ago.  I have thought it was a vacuum leak but never could find one.  Any hints on how to locate a vacuum leak?
Question -
I have a 1997 Olds Bravada with 52k on it.  The PCV valve is noisely vibrating all the time.  I replaced it but it still makes a lot of noise.  Any ideas what may cause that?
Thanks,
Scott
Answer -
Check the vacuum line(s) on the engine for leaks as this is usually the cause.

If the vacuum line to the PCV is cracked or broken replace it as well as any other loose/cracked/broken vacuum lines.

What mechanical work or ANY kind of work has been performed on the vehicle recently ?. As most problems that occur after a recent repair was made can be traced back to the area of where the repair was made as a vacuum line may have been knocked loose or a wire connection came loose, Look around in the area where work was performed

Answer
Get yourself an aerosol can of CARB CLEANER and start spraying all around the intake manifold and all of the vacuum lines and as soon as you hit a vacuum leak the engine rpms will change. You will get some slight leakage around the EGR valve but this is to be expected.
