Usually it takes a scan tool to erase codes.
But I own a 95 Cutlass Ciera, and had a problem that iluminated the ABS light, that I never did find anywhere in literature.
The stoplight bulbs in the rear window high mount stoplight had burned out, and that lit the ABS light, and also kept the cruise control from working.
See if that might be your problem.
When I replaced the bulbs, the ABS light went out by itself. The cruise also began working again.
