Oldsmobile/Buick Repair: 1988 Buick Regal 2.8L V6, electric locks, power antenna

Hi, my car has a problem I've still been unable to determine the cause. It has no interior lights, along with a non functional cig lighter and not working electric locks. The power antenae doesn't work either. Ive checked all the fuses and they are ok. I've been told that possible a faulty cig lighter base can cause the rest of this stuff to go out. My question is this. Is this right or is there some other logical reason for these items not to be working? I have been baffling my mind trying to figure this one out, but no luck. Fuses, light bulbs and cig lighter insert are all functional. Electric locks however, i don't know. All I know is that when I get in the car and shut the door, the electric locks sort of click as if they were going to work, but nothing there either. They won't lock or unlock. It's been like this since I bought the car a few years ago and I thought maybe I could fix it for a change. Any ideas that might lead me to a possible conclusion? Thank you for your time.

hi mike,no the cig lighter will have no effect as long as it is not blowing fuses.the door locks.sounds like they have been disabled to keep from accidently locking.the dome lights either the roller switch is turned completely off or the headlight switch is defective.power antenna.burned up or radio is not turning it on possibly aftermarket radio.good luck please rate my help ty billymaC
