Answer
Hi Steve,

If the cd eject motor is working, but nothing else is, that would suggest that there's a bad connection on the 'accessory' wire.  This wire is responsible for providing +12V to the deck when you turn the car on, or put it into accessory mode.  If you've used an aftermarket harness, ensure the red wires are connected and have a clean connection.

If you didn't buy an aftermarket harness, you'll need to find the 12v accessory with a multimeter.  This will be the wire that has 12v on it only when the car is on.  Connect the black lead on a multimeter to the ground wire (typically black) or to the car's chassis somewhere unpainted and rust free. Then, connect the other end to the wire.  It should read nothing when the car is off, and +12V when it is on.  That wire needs to be connected to the deck's accessory wire, which will almost certainly be red.

Good luck,
Justin
