Oldsmobile/Buick Repair: Engine Stall, buick skylark, crank sensor

Question
I have a 94 buick skylark that stallls when the roads are slushy (but not when they are only wet).  This has been happening for 4 years.  I've had the car hooked to a computer 3 times and it reads out ok.  I replaced the battery, alternator, all the wires and belts, had the engine sealed in silicone.  I asked one of the other experts (pete) and he said to get a crank sensor.  I have been told if the crank sensor was bad the car wouldnt even start though.  Pete is maxed out and cannot respond to my question.  can you help.  thanks

Answer
