Oldsmobile/Buick Repair: repair/maint., left turn, blinker

Hello Billy,
I have a 1991 Olds 88. my left turn blinker does not blink. The right one works fine. There does not seem to be a bulb(s) out, and the fuses are ok.
For a while, it would work intermittently, now it goes on, but does not blink. Any ideas? and is it something I can repair with limited skills and tools?

HI LOREN,FIRST LOREN CHANGE BULBS IN FRONT AND REAR ON THAT SIDE.A BULB CAN BLOW ONE SIDE THE BULBS WILL STILL LIGHT UP BUT NOT FLASH.IF THIS DON,T WORK CHANGE THE SOCKETS YOU CAN BUY AT ANY PARTS STORE AND VERY EASY TO CHANGE.TRY THIS STUFF LET ME KNOW.PLEASE TAKE A MIN TO RATE MY SERVICE TY BILLYMAC
