The cruise control doesn't work anymore.does not engage not matter what I do.The owner manual explain nothing and the heynes repair manual for that year is no help at all.Is there some kind of help I can get from you please.Im just a week end mechanic miself...but I think I can do the job.

I can't say exactly what it might be on yours, but check for vacuum, and for power for starts.
At the public library, in the refference section, they have all types of manuals...Mitchell, Motors, Chilton, etc. as well as the shop service manuals for that vehicle. One of them will help you.
