Plymouth Repair: 1996 Voyager with gas problem, plymouth grand voyager, grand voyager

Question
I have a 1996 plymouth grand voyager with a big problem in the winter months. At least twice a week i will be driving and all of a sudden the van starts to bog down, sometimes it will stall, step on the gas pedal and it just doesn't want to go. I have to put dry gas in it and about an hour or so later it will run just fine again. I don't let the gas tank fall below half and always put a bottle of dry gas in it when i fill it.I have had people tell me that it is moisture in the gas,but for it to happen every couple of days after at least two bottles of dry gas have been put in? I would like to know how and why I'am getting the moister in the gas, I have gotten gas from different stations, to eliminate the gas itself.Any info would be greatly appriciated.
