Pontiac Repair: 2001 Aztek odometer not working, aztek, odometer

Hi Todd, My Aztek odometer is not working/light is not engaging to show the mileage.  I have read that this might be a cable issue to the cluster from the transmission. Have you heard of this?  Do you have any insight?  Any help would be appreciated.  Thanks.

it's an eletrical issue most likely in the speedo cluster it's self. is ther anything else on this that doesn't work? does the speedo work? if the speedo works and just the odometer is not registering milage then it's for sure an issue with the cluster it's self. There is no cable on this GM hasn't has cables since the 80's it's all eletronic. We don't fic speedo clusters we send out for repaired excahnge units and install them. good luck :-}
