Pontiac Repair: 2002 aztek, gm dealer, power doors

changed battery-- the car starts ok but, now no power doors, windows,dome light,hatch,and maybe no ac. The display shows security alternately with check engine soon. The car has a pk3 theft system but is there something you can do to reset the security without going to GM or is that the only solution. The AWD disable light was displaying before I started where the security is now displaying. I have checked all the fuses in the two locations --there OK--The remote key fob  was not standard with the car, but one was installed by bestbuy a year ago and it worked. any ideas

The Bcm is locked up on this truck. those are classic issues when the BCM goes bad. there is nothing you can do with them with they go bad. It has to be repaired bt an AC Declo repair shop or a GM dealer due to the fact that the BCM needs to be set up/ptogrammed with a GM scan tool. good luck :-}
