Hi . I have a 1993 Sunbird , 4cyl. and it won't go out of park ! Can you help me ?

Hi Charles:

This has what is called a BTSI it is brake transmission interlock. when you have the key on and step on the brake pedal to you hear the solenoid clicking for the shifter? If no it could be that is bad or it has a blown fuse. the BTSI solenoid is part of the cable On that car I belive. that is where I would start looking.
