Pontiac Repair: 2002 Pontiac Grand Am GT, auto parts stores, communication issue

Question
I was driving my car nothing was wrong with it then when I
left a friends house I went to start my car and realized my gauges were not working and the brake light was on. When I
finally got home I turned off the car and the radio would
not turn off, even if I took the key out of the ignition and
opened the driver door. So my car sits with the radio
running and the brake light still on with no working gauges.
What is wrong with it?

there is some sore of a data communication issue going on here between the on baord computers in the car. take it to one of the BIG box auto parts stores and have them scan the car for codes and see what comes up. My guess is there are a slew of communication codes in the modules meaning one of the modules is not talking to the others and it's is making the Gauges in op and the radio issue. See what they come up with. Untill you know what codes are set there is no way to tell what is going on. Good luck :)
