QUESTION: hi Todd, the car is a 1995, no they don't flash, they where working manually that is when i moved the lever up and down, now they don't flash at all.

Answer
Hi Keru.

Well it's either a bad flasher element or a turn signal switch. ususally if a flasher element goes bad on these cars the light just stay on stead and will not flash on and off. It's not to say that the element failed all together and noe they don't work at all. if you look under the dash board on either the right or left side of the steering column you will find the flasher element it's a silver cansister with 2 wires going into it about the size of a silver dollar. I believe possably purple??? if you turn on the 4 way flasher you we be able to find that one easier due to the clicking noise. The turn flasher is located right near the 4 way flasher once you find the turn signal one tap on it with a screw driver when the turn siganls are on and see if it starts to work.
