my windows dont want to go up and down can you help also if i dont heat my car up on cold mornings my tranny is having a problem shifting

well as for the windows Both don't work in either direction or they will not go down or up? Can you hear the window motor running when you try to roll them up? Does the passenger window work from the passenger switch? The master switch on the drivers door may be the culprit for the reaso they both don't work. Or you could have a broken wire in the harness between the car and the door. That harness is flexed every time the door is opened and after time the wire(s) break. As for the transmission. Get it looked at sooner rather than later. Transmission problems do not fix them self. they only get worse over time. At the very least it may just need the fluid and fileter changed and that may fix it but if not it could get expensive. That car has an electronic shift transmission so ther are not adjustments that can be made to it. Good Luck and happy holidays :)
