Pontiac Repair: car wont stay running, pontiac grand prix, pontiac grand prix gt

my 01 pontiac grand prix gt was running great then yesterday it started shifting at 2500/3000rpm then while running down the street it just died we changed the spark plugs and it will run for about a sec and then dies. what is the problem.

Any other symptoms??
Whats the "Security" light doing? Is it on steady?
Is it blinking? Is it on for about 7 secs. then off?
Whats the fuel pressure?
Is it loosing spark?
I could list you 2 pages of things that COULD cause your problem.
