How do I change the tail & brake light in my 1997 Bonneville SE?

Hi Nancy:
sorry it took so long to reply to your question but I had to fish it out of the "question pool" to answer yout question open the trunk and pull back the carpet from the back of the trunk by the lights and you will see a few big black plastic wing nuts take them off and you will maybe see i nut that is maybe a 10MM head on it remove that nut as well if equiped and gently pull straight back and out the lamp assembly once out just squeeze the lamp socket and turn it and the socket will come out of the lamp change the bulb and reverse the procedure to install the lamp.
