Pontiac Repair: replacing a heater core in 1991 heater core, crappy job, stuuf

Question
how to replace a heater core in a 1991 transport

Answer
Hi Stonley:
This is a really crappy job to do. the core comes out from inside the van. you have to remove all the stuuf under the dash on the right side that is in the way of the heater box. relays, engine control module etc. there are a lot of screws that hold the case halfs together. It's just a matter of removin what ever is in your way. Take out the glove box inner liner as well it will aloow you to see better what you have to take apart. The hardes part of the job is gettin the hoses off the core from under the hood. Sorry I can't be of much more help the job is pretty much staright forward just a lot of stuff in your way to get it out. Good luck :)
