Pontiac Repair: 1996 Bonneville chime, trunk release, brake fluid

Question
Hi, just a quick question.  I have a chime chime that is driving me nuts! I think it is the door/fuel/seat belt chime.  It goes off every time I turn a corner, brake or accelerate.  WHere is this darn thing so I can replace/unhook it!?
Thanks so much!

Answer
Hey Shane:

It depends on what trim level your bonneville has it could have 2 differnt ones and unhooking it depending on what trim level car you have a lot of other things go through that module like the door locks dome lights trunk release.. so unhooking it is not a real good option. it is up under the dash on the right side under the glove box. It's a black plastic module with 2 or 3 connectos on it. I would look first at why it's chiming? I have seen these cars do that is the brake fluid is low. Take a look at that just a hunch. Good luck :)
