Pontiac Repair: 98 pont grandprix, fuse block, starter motor

i replace batterly, starter. still on turn over. im blowing fuses  15 amp (ltr) fuses only

Hey Bob. You need to be more specific. is the fuse for the lighter? is the fuse inside the glove box fuse block or the one in the under hood fuse block? Does it try to crank over and then blow the fuse or does the fuse blow as soon as you turn the key?? What was the original problem here a no crank? or did this problem crop up after replacing a starter motor or battery? I'm sorry I can't give you a more direct answer.
