Pontiac Repair: Sun roof will not close all the way without hepl, digital multimeter, pontiac grand prix

My sunroof in my 1999 pontiac grand prix will not close all the way and my rear windows are not working at all.
I can intise the sunroof to close if i keep hitting the button back and forth.The track is clean and greased so im thinking its the motor. The rear windows do not work at all.

Can you hear the rear window motors?
If so I would suspect the regulators.
If not the motors are stuck.
The sunroof has a pretty long diagnostic procedure to pinpoint the exact problem.
You'll need a Digital multimeter and a good working knowledge of electronics to DIY.... so let me know, I'll be MORE than happy to send it along.
