Pontiac Repair: Fuel Filter, pontiac grand prix, gas tank

Where is the fuel filter on my 1999 Pontiac Grand Prix and what is the process to change it.

Hi, the filter is at the rear at the gas tank, take the fuse for the fuel pump out, start the engine let run until stops, you do this to let pressure off the fuel lines, then let it turn a few more times, to make sure that all the pressure is off, then take the fuel filter off and put the new one on.
