Pontiac Repair: 96 Bonneville wont start, fuse blocks, battery connections

Question
Drove the car yesterday and everything was fine. Added 1 qt oil, coolant, and simply CLEANED THE BATTERY CONNECTIONS. It would not start after that. Would not jump start. I have checked every fuse in all three fuse blocks. Everything electrical is working (radio, horn A/C, etc). Starter doesn't even try to spin. Battery is putting out 12v. I have never had started problems before. I think it must be electrical/computer related. Any suggestions?

Answer
Hi, recheck the connection at the battery, if this is ok then check and make sure it all the way in park. check the small wire at the starter with a test light have some one to turn the key if the light comes on then it would be the starter. The small wire is connected to a small post on the starter. if light don't come on, then it could be the ignition switch, the switch is on the lower section of the steering column under the dash.
