Pontiac Repair: power windows, master switch, power windows

I own a 1999 bonneville. One day out of the blue all 4 of my power windows quit working. next day they worked, now not working again. could it be the circuit breaker? or maybe the master switch. also had problems with blower stopping and starting could these be related.

Hi, have the master switch checked on the windows, on the blower,if it stops working on all speeds, this could be the relay for the blower getting hot and stoping the blower from turning, the blower also can be getting hot and stoping, or the switch could be bad.
