Pontiac Repair: 1993 bonneville windows and door locks, bonneville windows, pontiac bonneville

I just bought a used 1993 pontiac bonneville, 102K in great condition. Clean interior and engine. It's 3.8L V6.  The rear electric windows don't work from the back seat.  The driver can put them down and the back seat rider can bring them up, but not down.  Also, the passsenger side door lock does not work "electronically"...I have to manually lock and unlock it. Your suggestion would be greatly appreciated!  Also, since there wasn't an owners manual in it, I don't know how to tell if it is a SL or SLE Any hints?! ....Thanks, Harold.   Jerry Thomas

I cant remember what the difference is between an SL and an SLE. I think it might have been a supercharged 3.8 in the SLE.
Well, to get to your problems. You more than likely have a bad lock actuator in the right front door. Your window problem is either the drivers door main window switch or both the rear switches are bad.
