RV Repair: lighting issues with my 03 springdale camper., test light, light bulbs

I have an 03 spring-dale camper everything works as for the inside electrical, just having trouble with brake lights and signal lights. I've changed the light bulbs in the tail lights, just wondering if i change my 7 way connector would that work and if so how do i change the connector?

first suspect the ground.  Try regrounding the light system to the frame of the RV, and the same on the truck to the frame.  You can buy a test light from a tool store for a couple of bucks.  If you have that, you can use the clip to ground the test light, and the probe to check the contacts of the 7 way connector.  It the test light works good, the problem is on the trialer.  If the test light does not work good and the grounds are good, the 7 way is easy to change.  If you buy one, you will see what to do.
