Ford Repair: 1996 7.5 EFI TO CARB SWAP, accell, efi

IS IT POSSIBLE TO REMOVE AN EFI UNIT ON A 1996 F250 7.5 AND INSTALL A NEW INTAKE AND CARBURETOR AND ACCELL OR MSD DISTRIBUTOR? BASICALLY I WANT TO USE THE 96 ENGINE WITH AN AFTERMARKET IGNITION AND CARBURETOR, IS THIS POSSIBLE?

  Sure, you can do that.  You'll also need a different fuel pump set to a lower pressure to work with the carb (something around 7psi should work just fine) and you may need to make some minor modifications to the transmission linkage depending on what kind of transmission you have.  Hope this helps.
