RV Repair: air conditioner fan stopped, duo therm ac, happy camping

Question
1999 Holiday rambler Alumascape TT duo therm AC worked fine yesterday.  Today the fan won't blow.  AC is running but fan doesn't.  What could cause this?

well its more than likely frozen
you can turn it off for a while or turn on the heat pump if it has one.
when the humidity goes we tell our customers to put it on hi rather than auto because the fan keeps going and blows the condensation off of the cooling coils
