RV Repair: Fresh Water System Leak, wheel wells, access panels

Question
I have a 1994 Coachmen 32 foot Royal.  While camping a couple of weeks ago, I discovered that the bathroom floor was wet when I got up in the morning.  The floor was not wet in front of the shower (for about 4"), nor was it wet underneath the sink or 4" in front of it, nor was it wet for about 4" in front of the toilet.  The wet spot seemed to be localized in the center of the floor.  The pump ran intermittenlty all night. This occured over the course of three nights.  Finally, the fresh water supply exhausted itself.  From what was said in the owner's manual, the intermittent pump running was the sign of a possible water leak.  There is no schematic of the water system in any of the literature on the  motor home that we currently have.  Now, how does one go about a) finding the leak and b) repairing the leak without ripping out the floor in the bathroom.  We've dried the carpet out and the flooring is still sound.

Answer
It definitely sounds like you have a leak.  If you have plumbing under the floor there should be some access panels either behind the wheel wells or in the basement compartments.  You will need to remove these and either run the pump or hook up a hose and follow the lines until you spot the leak.  Good luck with your repair.
