RV Repair: 1993 Coleman Pop Up Repair, interrior, rott

Question
We had an awning attached to the pop up.  It was screwed into the roof.  We had to remove the awning as water built up behind it, rotted it and water got into the roof inside.  The inside is ok.. just a bit bubbled but not a problem to live with.  We are concerned about more water getting in.  How can we seal it up?
Also, the outside small door is rotting -- the aluminum is powdery.  What should we do?  The camper has been sitting on my driveway for close to 8 years unused -- inside is great.  Outside isn't.  Any ideas?

Answer
Well if you can find some non leveling dicore than use it if not a 100 percent silicone. As far as the rott the interrior wall is proballly wet and causing it to carroade  pull the door and see what you find

then check back and we will know what we have

thanks
