i am interested in purchasing a new vehicle but my only form of income is welfare. I recieve 900 a month so i would be able to afford a vehicle and have good credit. are there any restrictions on this?

What do you mean Good Credit? Do you have previous car credit? and how much down pymt are you working with? Who all lives in your household? How much pymt are you trying to get? Usually they only allow 16% of your monthly income for a mthly payment. It's possible.
