RV Repair: RV generator, rv generator, transfer switches

Question
Our generator runs fine but does not power the coach. Someone said it is probably a computer board or transfer switch. I can't seem to find either of them. Can you help.

Some times you have a plug in the cord hatch hole. and you have to plug it in. Look an the side of gen set and try to find the circut breakers on the side if its an onan or on the bottom if its a Kohler  transfer switches are located at the end of the power cord so try to follow it. If you cannot find it send me year make and model of coach.
