RV Repair: windows, window panes, canterbury park

Question
I have a 1987 Canterbury park model.
the 5 stationary window panes in the front are so fogged up I can't see out them.  Can I just replace the 5 top panes and how do I go about doing this. I have had an RV repairman look at it and he did not want to touch the job.  Any info you can give me is much appreciated

ok these were double pane if i remember right. The factory fix was to bust out the inner frame and then you could stop it. Not a good fix but thats what they said. I would pull one window and to it to a good glass shop one that cuts glass and repairs windows. they can prob help I wish I could help more but thats about it. If you need more help let me know
