RV Repair: travel trailer water leak, water leak

Question
HI WE HAVE A 2002 DUTCHMEN QB26. WHILE TOWING IN THE RAIN THE BED IN THE FRONT OF THE TRAILER GETS WET. I HAVE  SPRAYED THE FRONT WINDOW AREA WITH A GARDEN HOSE WITH THE STONE GUARD UP AND DOWN. HAVE FOUND NO LEAKS. ALSO HAVE INSPECTED AFTER THUNDERSTORMES AND FOUND NO LEAKS. ONCE AGAIN WAS TRAVELING AND HIT A THUNDERSTORME AND BED GOT WET. ANY IDEA WHERE TO LOOK OR HOW TO FIND THIS WATER LEAK

Answer
water leaks are funny they can come from anywhere and then travel to the lowest place they can find and that is where you see the water gather. keep this in mind for what i want you to do.. what it sounds like to me is that you have a leak that is really not that bad but with the pressure of the rain hitting the front of the trailer while driving, it has enough to come into the camper and get that bed wet. What you should do is go to a local RV shop and pick up a quart of clear proflex and a 2" brush and go over all of your seems on the roof and any that you may see on the front like around all the lights and things like that. like i said it could be coming from anywhere. Hope this helps you !
