Before you answer my question I submitted yesterday (I hope you are not bombarded with questions) I wanted to share with you a video I shot of me trying to start it and what it sounds like.  I shot this video this morning.

I looked at your video.  From listening to your narration, I think the best advice would be for you to find a qualified Land Rover expert in your area, and tow it to them.  You can look for shops on www.rangerovers.net and elsewhere online.

The battery is about dead.  You'll need to charge it.  Having done that you need to get to the root cause of the failure to run.  It could be a loss of spark, a loss of fuel pressure. or something else.  You do not sound like you are equipped with either the knowledge or the tools to do the testing; hence my suggestion that you devote your efforts to finding a qualified person to fix it.  You're not going to make any progress without a scan tool, fuel pressure gauge, and other diagnostic tools.
