RV Repair: RV outside moulding, coachmen, metal fabricators

Question
We have a 1999 Coachmen Class C and would like to replacement outside
moulding but am having trouble locating a product which is wider  than the
original to cover all the spaces and make the sleeping compartment watertight.
Appearance is not my first priority.

Doug, They make 4 different size corner mouldings that you can get ranging from about 3/8" lip to 3/4" lip. Normally on coaches they have the 5/8" moulding on originally and you only need to get the wider lipped and install it. Sometimes this can be hard to do as well if there are any sharper angles that will need to be covered. If you take your time and be careful you should be able to get it to bend the way you want and need it to. Just remember to take it slow and when it is on or close enough you can make the final adjustments with a hammer and a block of wood. Be careful not to pinch the lip where the insert goes in or you can have trouble there as well.
