RV Repair: Cameo slide, careful study, cameo

2006 FSK35 Kitchen slide is sitting on carpet ( has dented the air register) when
in. techs have adjusted unit several times. unit is 18 months old and this has just  
happened. slide does not appear to be binding but has sagged at one end.
outside gears and rollers are working good but slide will start in and then tilt
down causing bottom of slide to scrape carpet. Any ideas? Thanks David

SLIDE-OUT  ADJUSTMENTS CAN BE TROUBLESOME FOR SOME TECHS...I'VE HAVE CORRECTED MANY ADJUSTMENTS THAT WERE DONE WRONG BY GOOD TECHS.
IT TAKES A CAREFUL STUDY TO SEE AND UNDERSTAND THE DYNAMICS OF A SIMPLE SLIDE-OUT.

SOUNDS AS IF THE ATTACHMENT BOLTS MAY HAVE SLIPPED.
