RV Repair: blck water tank, 5th wheel trailer, rv toilet

Question
i have a huge problem my bf bought a 5th wheel trailer a yr ago and the old owner well lets say he though he  was bob vela  one thing he did was put a house toilet in  recently we had a problem and we fixed it found out our tank was full even though valve had been open this whole time we didn't know that any way we wound up paying to have it pumped out and was told the valve may be broke and stuck closed  so we decided to remove the tank and put the pips directly to the bottom of toilet since the RV is park permanently in a park and hook to sewer so question is how to remove the tank so we can do this or if you have a better solution to this issue other then going back to a RV toilet since its set up now for a house one please help us

Answer
Hi Erika.
Since you have converted to a house toilet, you will need to plumb it for a house toilet.
That means 3 inch pipe from the toilet to the sewer, But first the tank has to come down. The toilet floor flange is either glued or screwed into the tank so the toilet has to come out, then the tank has a 2 inch vent attached to the top of it. It is held to the bottom of the rig with some sort of tank straps or flange brackets. Once the tank is down, then reattach the floor flange ,then the toilet, then your 3 inch ABS to the sewer. Then test your work.
