RV Repair: Electrical Problems with 1995 Thor, volt ohm meter, volt outlets

Question
I'm hook up to shore power, 30 amp.  The electrical outlets were working fine.  All of a sudden, none of the 120 volt outlets or appliances will work.  I've check the main breaker and I have power coming to the main.  I'm assuming the Main breaker is good as I have power to both legs of the other two breakers.  I removed all of the breakers and check to make sure the switch was resetting and that I had contituity when open and closed and the all appear to be working?  What would be my next step in troubleshooting this problem?

Thanks in advance,

Michael

Your problem sounds like you have an open "neutral" some where in the system. With an open like this you will have "Power" but not a complete circuit. Often with an open you'll find it can "come and go" due to loads on the system and even the onset of cold weather.
To fix your problem you'll need to have right tools. A Volt/Ohm meter (VOM) and an  110 outlet polarity tester, both available at your local hardware store. Many times the fault lies with the often abused shore chord end or the 15-30 adapter. Start at the known source of power and work your way inside step by step. Just remember to be careful and don't touch the "hot stuff".
Thanks for the question and good luck.
