RV Repair: Prowler roof repair and inspection, wood planks, roof leaks

I've just purchased a very nice 1995 Prowler 29 5R fifth wheel. There are no apparent interior roof leaks and Id like to keep it that way. What type of coating should I use for maintenance/repair of the roof? If caulking or repairs appear to be necessary, what kind/type/brand name do you recommend? I weigh 210 lbs....is this to heavy to be on the roof? If so, do I need to lay out some wood planks on the roof to get around?  Thanks for your help...Pat

Is it a Rubber roof, or metal? Alfa and Dicor make great sealant for both. Clean with solvent before reseal. If coach has a ladder to the roof. It Should Hold you. If Coach dose not have a ladder... have your wife do it. (Just Kidding.) 210 is at the limit. Be very Careful. I walk on the the roof, but I know were to step. I would not recommend it if you are unsure. Good Luck.
