RV Repair: roofing, dicor, seams

Question
my camper sits on a permanant site all year, it looks as if the roof was previously sealed with tar, how often should it be resealed and what product is best to use?

Answer
We prefer a white non fibered elastomeric coating, or use a self leveling sealant such as Dicor on the seams and vents.  It is recommended that the roof is inspected and checked for any sealant issues every 6 months and action taken accordingly.
