RV Repair: Roof Air Conditioner fan remains on, rooftop unit, selector switch

I have an older (88) model camper.  The fan on the airconditioner remains on.  I had to disconnect the breaker to turn it off.  It appears to get coole when the breaker is back on.  What is the problem.

Hi Paul,

It sounds as if the main selector switch on the front panel is defective. Im assuming this is a rooftop unit Paul, but if it isn't please let me know. If is cooling ok, then that should be all that is wrong with it. Please let me know if I can be of further help, and let me know how you make out.
