RV Repair: LP Gas Regulator Replacement, lp gas regulator, high pressure regulator

Question
Hello
I have a 99 Coleman Utah and the regulator needs replacing (long story, drove it little ways without being hooked up, dragged on road).  There appears to be two different looking regulators connected together with elbow fitting, one before the hose that leads to the outside stove hookup, another with a vent covering with a hose leading to the heater and refrigerator.  I went to the RV dealer, clerk at store was clueless.  I didn't see anything exactly like it at the store.  Looks simple enough though, is this a do it yourself job or should it be left to professional?  Any special sealants for the fittings?  Any advice would be much appreciated.

Answer
The one before the outside stove hook up is a high pressure regulator, the other is a standard 2 stage lp regulator, always use thread sealant on non flared fittings wether is be teflon tape or pipe dope that is rated for lp  gas.  If you are fairly handy, you should be able to change this out, but be sure to check for leaks at all fittings, even if you didn't remove them when you re-assemble everything.  Of course, if you are not sure, or have any reservations, it may be better to have a qualified professional take care of this for you.
