RV Repair: Norcold 6062, temp down, frig

Bill, I have a Norcold 6062 in my 1993 Kit. The frig works great on AC but I am having problems with the LP. I changed the burner and orafice. The burner was thrashed. It cools great on LP. I fired it up on high and it ran 24 hours without failing. When I turn the temp down the unit shuts down and will not reignite when the unit needs to start cooling again. Any ideas? Thanks, Dave O.

Hi Dave:
We need some numbers to find what is going on. Put a thermometer in the frig and monitor the temperature. Start with the thermostat at the lowest setting and see where it winds up, let it run there for a couple of hours to settle it and record the temperatures. Raise the setting a bit and do it again. When you get all the way through to the maximum coolant setting lets take a look at the numbers.
