Saab Repair: brakes & turbo 1987 9000, vac line, power assist

Question
Just purchased a 1987 9000 turbo.  Trying to find out where to buy "manuals".  A bit of a do-it-yourself guy.  #1 brakes very hard pressure needed to apply (car has sat for 7 months and rotors rusty but I don't think that's the prob.) I did find an open vac.line under the hood but still get that "air" sound when applying brakes.
#2 bad oil leak... I'm thinking end of crank on Passenger side ?(transvers mtr)but see on Townsend web a fix for that. #3 Car runs and will go down the road 70mph but lacks accelerating power.  I know nothing about the turbo, how it's supposed to work, or the gages on the dash. Oh, two more.. horn isn't working. and what size fuse is supposed to be in the rear window def. slot?  thx.

Answer
Brakes: they are vacuum power assist, and if you have a leaking booster or low vacuum they will be very non-power assisted indeed.

Oil leak: on the passenger side of the car is the crankshaft oil seal at the harmonic balancer (lower pulley). Also in the same neighborhood is the oilpump itself, it is gear-driven directly from the crank. Check it out. Remove the front right wheel and take out the fenderliner, makes life a whole lot easier.

Turbo: your boost guage should be well into the yellow, occasionally touching red, if the system is working properly.

Fuse is 30A.
