Saturn Repair: what repairs would be needed?, change oil, fuel filter

Question
I have the opportunity to get a saturn  (163,000 miles  2 door coupe, sporty looking with flip up headlights.) for free that has been sitting, undriven for three years.  I know that it would need a new battery and possibly alternator, if that hasn't been disconnected, but what other repairs would be needed?  I am looking to see if it would be worth it to sink some money into it as a trade in.  The body and interior, albeit a bit dirty, look good, and would need some TLC.

Any advice you could give on this matter would be greatly appreciated.

Answer
Dee,
Good find!  First thing I would do is of course replace the battery.  The alternator should be fine, unless it was bad to begin with.  CHANGE OIL BEFORE STARTING IT.  I would take a look at all the other fluids, belts and hoses, etc.  I would make sure that you replace the fuel filter and drain/clean the tank.  Other than that you should have a good running car with very little investment.
