Saturn Repair: saturn 2001 sl1 issue, quartar, saturn sl1

Question
My Saturn sl1 2001 with 48k on it fires up and then sputters out and dies. It was recently in a car accident where the front driver side quartar was hit. There was some body work done, but other than head lights, nothing mechanical.

Answer
Jordan,
First things first, I assume that you took your car to a reputable body shop.  If not, you might "run" into problems later.  I can only suggest that you check all exposed wiring.  There is part of a wiring harness that runs behind the driver's headlight.  It contains some powertrain wiring along with body control wiring, too.  If your radiator/condensor was replaced, try looking at the Ignition Coil control wires (8 or 10 pin plug just underneath the Ignition Coil).  Other than that make sure you check the basics (fuel, air and spark).  That should get you a little closer to the problem.  Hope this helps.
