Saturn Repair: Clanking noise in powersteering pump area, power steering pump, saturn sl1

my saturn recently starting making a clanking noise.  I initially thought that it was the power steering pump and replaced it along with the pulley. But when a cranked my car up the noise was still there and it sounds like it is still coming from that area.  I checked the belts and they were in good condition and it sounds like it may coming from something below the pump.  What could this be?  (Saturn SL1 1995)

Hi well there are a few things it could be but im not sure the noise u are tring to make but im thinking it may be a idler or tensioner pully ..what to do is take the belt off again and spin each pully and listen for the noise... let me know how it goes.
