Saturn Repair: Saturn Fan Motor 1994, unpluged, fan motor

I replaced the fan motor and it still wont come on when the temp. get high, whats the problem and how do I solve it.

HI DID U CHECK FOR POWER AND GROUND BEFORE U REPLACED THE FAN.. THE CHANCES ARE YOUR FAN SWITCH(SENSOR) IS BAD .. THE BEST WAY TO DO IT IS GET THE CAR HOT WITH THE FAN UNPLUGED WITH YOUR MULTIMETER IN IT AND SEE IF THERE IS POWER IFNOT NEED A SWITCH.
