Eric, I have an old tiller with a Tecumseh engine model
#143-246042, serial #4086P. I need a starter cup and spring. I cannot find it anywhere because of its age. Can you help?

Is this the parts diagram for your engine?

Is the cup you need part number Tecumseh 37966?  Pretty sure this is the cup you need.

The spring you need is a Tecumseh 590414.

The Tecumseh engine model is a V60-70272H.  You can use this model number to look up parts as well.
