Small Engines (Lawn Mowers, etc.): Oil Leak Toro modil 20017, o reily, flange gasket

Reference to problem/situation presented to David R Globaltek 3/12/2009. Have identical situation and had same response from repair shop to repair. $200+. Very capable to follow his repair outline, however he didn't identify the bottom gasket part # nor oil seal.  My engin serial #260029837 Toro Model 20017.  Can you help?  Would someone like O'Reily's stock it?  Thanks for your help

Is the engine a Tecumseh model Lv195ea-362003b?

If so, the part numbers are:

Tecumseh 37609, Mounting Flange Gasket
Tecumseh 27897, Lower Oil Seal

O'Reily's can get the parts if you talk to someone who knows the store system but it is easier to order mower parts online.  I have a lot of friends that work at O'Reily's who know how to order mower parts but for the most part many of the people who work there just know how to look up car parts on the computer...most of the mower parts are in paper catelogs.
